TI Coach

Trauma Matters Delaware is beginning a trauma-informed (TI) coaching initiative and is looking for qualified candidates who are interested in taking on such a role. A TI coach would work one-on-one with an organization that is working toward becoming trauma-informed, according to the TI Continuum. The coach role is consultative and collaborative, not managerial—key functions could be jointly conducting an organizational self-assessment, identifying learning or resource needs, and co-creating a strategic plan to achieve the goals. Depending on the organization’s needs, the role might continue throughout the several stages of the continuum. For more information about this initiative, please contact [email protected].
