La mejor manera de obtener vitamina D es a trav\u00e9s de la luz solar. Cuando su piel se expone a la luz solar, produce vitamina D a partir del colesterol. Los rayos ultravioleta B (UVB) del sol golpean el colesterol en las c\u00e9lulas de la piel, proporcionando la energ\u00eda para que se produzca la s\u00edntesis de vitamina D.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dado que la vitamina D se produce a partir del colesterol de la piel, es necesario exponer mucha piel a la luz solar para producir suficiente.
