Trauma-Informed Leadership (by invitation only)

This presentation will explore the differences between leading through trauma and being a trauma-informed leader with a focus on utilizing trauma-informed principles to lead every day and not just in times of distress. Participants will be asked to reflect on their leadership style and which aspects of trauma-informed leadership, if any, are they currently using as well as which principles would they like to incorporate into their practice.
