Trauma Awareness Month: A legislative tribute recognizing Trauma Matters Delaware

Yesterday at Legislative Hall, as part of Trauma Awareness Month, Representative Alonna Berry presented a legislative tribute recognizing Trauma Matters Delaware. Thank you for shining a spotlight on the critical work TMD does to Coordinate, Educate, and Advocate in deepening trauma informed care for all citizens, systems, and communities in our state.

In direct alignment with the science, Speaker of the House Mimi Brown eloquently highlighted the public health implications of addressing childhood trauma and urged everyone to understand and respond to chronic stress across all aspects of life.
